The PUK Group GmbH & Co. KG is a group of companies operating in the metal processing industry on a global scale. Its business is to develop, produce and distribute cable support systems, cable clamps, underfloor systems and substructures for photovoltaic systems. The PUK Group GmbH & Co. KG offers solutions for a broad range of sectors: industry, building technology, infrastructure, energy, as well as oil and gas. With its 6 manufacturing bases – two of them in Germany – and 30 production offices, the PUK Group GmbH & Co. KG is represented in 11 countries.

With close to 770 employees, the PUK Group GmbH & Co. KG has generated a revenue of some 140 million Euros in the fiscal year 2015. The family business was founded in 1969 and has its headquarters in Berlin.

PUK-WERKE KG was formally founded in 1969 by two merging companies namely Hermann Pohl OHG (founded 1951) and Anton Klein OHG (founded 1935); their initials P and K form the company name until this day.

Foundation of the plant in Schönecken On the 1st of June, 1964 the plant in Schönecken was founded. Plant manager is Heinz Noetzel.
1969
Foundation of the PUK-WERKE KG The Anton Klein OHG and Hermann Pohl OHG merged their activities and founded the PUK-WERKE KG.
